If you own one of my designs, or have commissioned me, you are expected to follow the terms of this document. Breaking my TOS will result in a blacklist.

General
✩ You cannot impose your TOS over mine.✩ All designs/commissions/art will still be credited to me, and I may post them watermarked/unwatermarked on social media, or use them on portfolios as I deem acceptable.✩ Do not steal my art, trace my art or claim that my art is yours.✩ My art should never be fed to / used with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or used as an NFT.✩ Do not use my designs to advocate hate, or for nefarious purposes.
Commissions
✰ All prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change✰ Refunds will not be issued after flat colours.✰ I reserve the right to cancel any commission; if the commissioner is being rude to me/making me uncomfortable, the commissioner will be refunded in full.✰ Commissioned art usually takes me anywhere from a week to a month. I will usually let you know how long I think it will take upon our first interaction.✰I charge a rush fee of $20 if the commission must be finished within 3 days✰ Ask for updates, I will try to share wips but sometimes i forget (check my Trello for real time updates/status)

⚠★‼ Things to Note!
1. I retain all rights to my art, and I may use it however I wish in the future (whether to post or use in portfolios)2. Provide sufficient reference material (the more the better!)3. Personal use only! (no commercial use please)4. I will send progress pictures and you can request to change anything during the sketch - lineart phase (however there is a maximum of 3 changes before charges apply5. If you have anything you like about my art, you can take a screenshot and request that! (eg. certain style of shading/proportions/lineart)6. I may reject your commission if I do not think I can draw it well7. Wait times usually take: Bust - 2 weeks, Chibi - 3 weeks, Full - 3 weeks. Please note that I am a student and it sometimes takes me longer than expected to finish comms, I will contact you and we can figure it out
